Small Icons command
The Small Icons command displays found files in the Search
Tool's file view area as standard Windows small icons.
List command
The List command displays found files in the Search Tool's file
view area as a standard Windows file list.
Details command
The Details command, the default view, displays found files in the
Search Tool's file view area with file information such as location,
size, file type, and more.
See "Working with found documents" later in this chapter for
related information.
Arrange Items command
The Arrange Items command displays a cascading menu of
commands that determine how files in the Search Tool's file view
area are arranged: By Name, By Rank, By Folder, By Type, By
Size, and By Date.
This section provides brief summaries, and highlights important
features, of all commands in the Search Tool's Database menu
(Figure 4–71).
