View menu
The View menu includes several commands for changing the
window view, as described in Table 4–3.
Table 4–3. View menu commands in the Pagis Document Viewer
Command Function
Page
Displays the current document in the standard page
Layout
layout view as in MS Word, for example. This view
displays each page as a separate entity, with
distinct page boundaries and drop shadows.
Toolbar
Displays or hides the viewer toolbar. A check mark
next to the command indicates that the toolbar is
visible.
Status Bar
Displays or hides the status bar at the bottom of the
window. A check mark beside the command
indicates whether the status bar is visible.
Search Hits
Displays or hides the Search Hits Bar. This
Bar
command is only available when you have opened a
document from the Search Tool, and it is displayed
in the viewer. Then, using the Search Hits Bar, you
can browse through the search text to find the
actual matches ("hits"). For more information, see
"Search Tool" later in this chapter.
Go To Page Displays a dialog box that enables you to jump to a
specific page of the document.
