These settings relate to printing reports.
From the Common Settings screen, select Reports.

The Reports screen is displayed.
Select the item to be set or changed, and select Change

Select the appropriate option for the specific Reports feature.

When enabled, the Print Reports button appears on the Machine
Information Tab without entering the SA passcode.
You can select whether or not to automatically print a Job History
Report after a total of fifty jobs have been processed.
You can select No Report, Print Report, or Print When Delivery
Fails.
When printing a report/list, select whether to print 1 sided or 2
sided.
You can select No Report or Print Report.
