You can associate a job flow sheet with a mailbox. By associating
a job flow sheet with a previously registered mailbox, you can
determine how documents stored in a mailbox are processed.
For the method of registering a job flow, refer to Create Job Flow
Sheets on page 8-150.
To link a job flow sheet to a registered mailbox, perform the
following:
From the Mailbox Create/Delete screen, select Link Flow Sheet
to Mailbox, and select Change Settings.
• If a job flow sheet is not currently linked/associated to this
mailbox, then the following screen appears:
• If a job flow sheet is already linked/associated to this mailbox,
the following screen on appears.
• Cut Link: Disassociate the job flow from the mailbox.
• Create/Change Link: A screen for job flow association
appears. You can select from the existing job flows or
create a new job flow.

• Auto Start: If you select the Auto Start check box, when
a document is stored in the mailbox, the procedure
registered in the job flow is automatically is started.
