8. Warranty Statement

8.1 Product Warranty

Users (customers) may request their distributor for after-sales services under any reasonable circumstances. The
Corporation represents and warrants that products will be free of defects in material and workmanship within
twelve months after delivery. The remedy for the breach of the warranties is to provide, only to the extent of, all
necessary spare parts. The distributor shall bear its own cost of repairing the products and replacing
replacements, including but not limited to labor costs and transportation fees. If it is otherwise provided by the
purchase agreement between Users (customers) and their distributors, such agreements shall prevail.
Except for the express warranty set forth above, in no event shall the Corporation be liable for costs of
procurement of substitute goods, after-sale services, or any special incidental, consequential, or indirect
damages, including but not limited to loss of profits and production equipment damages. This limited warranty
DOES NOT include the products that have been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, neglect,
unauthorized repair, or improper installation.
The above rules do not imply a change in the burden of proof to the detriment of the interests of users. The
warranty does not cover the operations which can be conducted by the distributor or user itself, including but not
limited to arm installation, software download, and project editing. Except for the express warranty set forth
above, the Corporation grants no other warranties, express or implied by statute or otherwise, regarding the
products, their fitness, or merchantability for any purpose, or otherwise. The Corporation reserves the right to
charge users for replacement or service costs if the defect or damage is covered by our warranty. The properties
of the replaced or returned items are owned by the Corporation.

8.2 Disclaimer

The Corporation will continuously improve the reliability and performance of the product. Therefore, we reserve
the right to upgrade the product without prior notice. The Corporation has verified the accuracy and correctness
of this Manual but will not liable for any erroneous or omitted information.
