• When printing many sheets of images with high coverage, substantial toner wax adheres to the
fusing belt and worsens the ghosting. In such a case, the ghosting can be reduced by executing 02:
"Uneven Gloss (Short Time)" in 0508 "Manually Smooth Fusing Belt" in Adjustment Settings for
Operators 1 to 5 times.
• After performing the solution, it is recommended to perform the color calibration of the external
printer controller.

Hazing on the Sides
Voids appear on the left and right of the paper.
Arched Glossy Streaks
Arched glossy streaks (A) appear at the trailing edge of the paper.
Cause:
Hazing on the sides of the paper is caused by toner blasting due to contact with unfused images in the
paper path.
