Paper Jams, Sheets Becoming Bent or Damaged at the Corners Occurring with
Turned-Over Paper Delivery of Synthetic Paper and Plastic Sheets
Paper jams (JAM085, JAM086) and problems such as sheets becoming bent or damaged at the
corners may occur with turned-over paper delivery of synthetic paper or plastic film, which easily picks
up a static charge.
Cause:
With turned-over paper delivery, sheets contact each other at a point [A]. If the sheets carry a static
charge, they may stick to each other, delaying paper delivery and causing a paper jam.

Solution:
Change the setting to face up, not turned-over, paper delivery.
