• Select "Clear/Special" when using Neon Yellow, Neon Pink, or Invisible Red. Select "Metallic"
when using Gold or Silver.
• Increasing the frequency of cleaning will shorten the replacement cycle of the fuser cleaning unit.
• After performing the solution, it is recommended to perform the color calibration of the external
printer controller.

White Spots, Colored Streaks

White spots and colored streaks appear on solid-fill images.
Cause:
Toner becomes coagulated in the toner supply path. White spots occur due to the coagulated toner and
because the toner around it fails to be transferred. Colored streaks occur due to the coagulated toner
melting in the development unit.
