12.5 Confirming the Behavior Status of the Host Repeater (Site Roaming Status)

Beacon Operating State

The behavior status of the repeater in Site Roaming can be confirmed.
• Master: The repeater connected to KTI-5 transmits a beacon by the interval that combines
Transmit Interval Time and Duration configured for the repeater after the repeater
transmits a beacon synchronization notification to other repeaters via an IP network.
• Slave: The repeater connected to KTI-5 receives a beacon synchronization notification from the
Master repeater via an IP network and transmits a beacon.
• Local: The repeater connected to KTI-5 transmits a beacon by the interval that combines
Transmit Interval Time and Duration configured for the repeater because the repeater
cannot receive a beacon synchronization notification from the Master repeater via an IP
network.
• None: The repeater connected to KTI-5 does not transmit a beacon because the repeater cannot
receive a beacon synchronization notification from the Master repeater via an IP network.
