STATE0 or STATE3 will be selected temporally, if STATE0 or STATE3 is set for setting [CLP-
TEST]. See Chapter
Local test (Local-test)

When [Local-test]=On, '1' is set at Local test bit of SCOM4 so that zero-ampere control is
executed. For more information, see Chapter
Local loop test (Loop-test)

If [Loop-test]=On, loop-back test is executed locally See Chapter

Open test (OPEN 1/OPEN 2)
