1. Dial the number of the fax machine you want to poll

2. Press the Rapid key 20/poll.
using one of the following methods:
Press the On/Off Hook key and dial the full
number. Wait for the fax answer-back tone.
Press the Speed Dial/Search key and enter a 2-
digit Speed Dial number.
Enter the full number using the number keys.
