The device can synchronise itself with an external
clock via NTP (Network Time Protocol).
This allows log file entries to be time-stamped.
Using NTP, the delays of different transmission
lines can also be compensated for with the AUDIO
DELAY SYNC function in the IP Leased Line
Extended mode. For this, NTP must be activated
on the encoder and on all decoders.
ENABLE NTP: Enables the NTP on the unit.
Two servers can be entered.
PRIMARY: If available, this server is used.
ALTERNATIVE: If the PRIMARY server is not
available, the unit switches to this server.

The following parameters must be set for each
server:
LAN: IP address of the unit to be used to connect to
the NTP server.
IP ADDRESS: Enter the IP address of the NTP server.
Host names are not supported.
PORT: Enter the port of the NTP service on the
server. (Default: 123)
