Export.
The backup file contains:

To restore a configuration,

open Menu > File > System
Settings > Import. After
selecting the backup file, you
may define which parts of the
backup shall be restored.
After loading a file to be

imported, a window opens in
which you can select which
parts of the data are to be
restored.
