Cleaning, servicing and troubleshooting

15.1

Cleaning

The glass front can be wiped clean with common cleaning agents. The glass and seal are resistant to alcohol-
based disinfectants.
15.2

Servicing

The device does not contain any parts that require servicing. Despite this, the intervals specified for periodic
verification should be adhered to.
15.3

Error messages

The CP305 indicates parameterised and detected errors on the display; if set to do so, the buzzer also signals
the errors.
If the function "Relay active" is set under
switches.
15.4

LED

The LED on the CP305 indicates the status or alarm mode:
LED colour
Off
Lights up green
Lights up red
Lights up blue
Lights up yellow
Flashes red
Flashes violet
During the alarm, the LED takes on the colour assigned in each case.
Green, yellow, red, blue and violet are available.
If several alarms are present at the same time, the LED takes on the colour of the highest-priority alarm.
Tools > Monitoring > Alarm addresses, the alarm relay also
No power supply; the device is not ready for operation.
The device is in standard mode; no messages are present at the configured
alarm addresses.
An alarm message (allocated in red) is present on at least one configured
alarm address.
The device is muted.
An alarm message (allocated in yellow) is present on at least one configured
alarm address.
Power supply lost.
The device boots.
