The BMS bus is used for communication with BMS bus nodes or devices like RCMS..., EDS..., SMI..., SMO...,

, alarm indicator and operator panels. The CP305 acts as the master whenever the address is set to 1 and

as CP305 slave when the address is set between 2 and 90.

The master controls the data traffic on the BMS bus.

Remote alarm indicator CP305 is to be operated as a master if

- Parameters are queried or changed.

- Certain control commands were given.
