Troubleshooting
Cause
1. No power to control module
2. Keypad cable disconnected
3. Keypad malfunction
4. Control module malfunction
1. Control module not operating prop-
erly

3. Printer "off line"
4. Master control module power off
1. Incorrect Setup

1. Flow meter calibration incorrect
2. If using 215–474 meter, RC filter
not installed
CAN not enabled on multiple controller
system or not disabled on single con-
troller system
One controller out of sync with the
system (due to power interruption at
that controller)
Solution
1. Verify power is on
2. Reconnect cable and cycle power
to control module
3. Replace keypad
4. Replace control module
1. Cycle power to control module; if
still not operating properly, replace
control module.

1. Turn printer power on
2. Add paper to printer
3. Turn printer "on line"
4. Verify power is on
1. Verify entered setup matches sys-
tem map
2. Check fluid level
3. Use Diagnostics Solenoids to turn
on the appropriate air solenoid; if
there is no air, check wiring and
replace solenoid if needed
4. Repeat step 3, above, for the
appropriate fluid solenoid
5. Use Diagnostics CAN to verify
network is functioning properly; if
not, verify CAN Enabled in all con-
trol modules and check wiring
1. Verify entered setup matches sys-
tem map
2. Use Diagnostics Meters to check
if the control module is receiving
meter pulses from the appropriate
meter; if not, check wiring and
replace meter if needed
1. Verify correct calibration entered for
appropriate meter
2. Install RC filter
Verify CAN enabled for multiple and
disabled for single controller system
Power down entire system and then
reapply power
