10. Diagnostics
NOTE:
The diagnostic information that appears on the
keypad screen refers to the control module the
keypad is connected to only, except when using
the CAN diagnostics.
Any fluids dispensed while doing diagnostics will
not be tracked and will not be included in the sys-
tem inventory information.
a. Move the cursor to DIAGNOSTICS using the
key.
b. Press ENTER on the keypad.
c. The DIAGNOSTICS screen will appear, with
the cursor at ABOUT.
d. Scroll to the option that you want to select by
pressing the
or
play that screen option.
e. The ABOUT screen will display information
about the system. Pressing any key will return
the cursor to the DIAGNOSTICS screen.
f.
The POWER UP screen will tell how many
times the board has been powered up since
the last software upgrade. Pressing any key
will return the cursor to the DIAGNOSTICS
screen.
g. The SOLENOIDS screen allows you to check
the operation of the solenoids by turning them
off and on.
NOTE: You are only testing the solenoids that
are connected to the control module the key-
pad is connected to.
LO indicates the solenoid is off. To turn it on,
press the
or
key and LO will change to HI.
Press ENTER to turn the solenoid on. The cur-
sor will move to the next solenoid designation.
Scroll to LO and press ENTER to turn the sole-
noid(s) off again.
Continue to test the solenoids as needed.
Any solenoids that are turned on while using
the SOLENOIDS screen should be turned off
before exiting the screen.
Press the BACK key to go back to the DIAG-
NOSTICS screen.
