System Setup – Inventory
Instructions
Set Inventory Levels
1. Cursor is in the fluid number (FL#01) field.
2. The meter number will automatically increment up
by 1, based on the fluids entered while entering the
fluid data (page 26).
3. Press ENTER on the keypad.
4. Cursor moves to the REORDER PT. (point) field.
5. Type the amount of fluid the tank can hold in the
unit of measurement used for the fluid (quarts in
this example).
6. Press ENTER on the keypad.
7. Cursor moves to the TANK LVL (level) field.
8. Type the minimum fluid level the tank should be
allowed to get to before refilling it.
9. Press ENTER on the keypad.
10. When the cursor is at MORE, press ENTER to
repeat the screen for each fluid.
– Or move the cursor to EXIT to exit the inventory
levels setup.
Save the Setup
Follow the Save Setup procedure on page 25.
