5.4 Replacement of the electrode holders and water hoses

Action
Tighten the screws and nuts (pos. 1) by
hand.
Align the electrode holder with the oppos-
ite electrode holder.
Tip
Use a set square (right-angled) and hold
it to the fixed arm and align the loose
electrode holder with the scale.
Note
If both electrode holders is loose or in
the wrong position, a repositioning must
be done according to the main assembly
drawing. Measure the position of the
electrode holders and make sure that it
matches the values in the main assembly
drawing. TCP check is required.
Tighten the screws and nuts alternately
to evenly distribute the force over the
clamping connection.
