Action
Place the GWT C9 on a lift table.
CAUTION
The welding gun should be placed
in a way in which the weight does
not rest on sensitive parts such as
the electrode holders, shunts, tips
and electrical components. This
could be done by placing a
wooden/plastic block on the table
and let the weight rest on the weld-
ing gun arms and the interface
bracket. Let the deposit bracket lay
outside the table top to create a
flatter angle of the welding gun.
Remove the lifting equipment.
A Lean ID bracket is attached to the
th
manipulators 6
axis flange.
Move the robot to a position where
this Lean ID bracket is in a good
working high.

Rotate the 6
axis to create an in-
line positioning with the welding gun
interface bracket.
Adjust the high of the lift table to
ensure that the GWT C9 interface
bracket and the Lean ID bracket is
in level.

Rotate the 6
axis 90° to the left.
If this is done correctly, the
DressPack cables will stick out up-
wards from the Lean ID bracket.
Insert the dowel pin ø12 m6 into the
guide hole in theLean ID bracket.
