This selects whether to float the video signal phase at the V sync
position of the video signals in order to align it with the input in the
E-E mode or during recording or editing.
0000 N-VF 0: The phase is floated.
0001 VF 1: The phase is not floated.
This selects whether to mute the video output signals when a
blank has been detected on the tape during playback.
0000 N-MUTE 0: No muting (screen is frozen).
0001 LOW_RF 1: Muting (screen is turned black).
This selects ON or OFF for the closed caption signal of the first
field.
0000 BLANK 0: Signal is forcibly blanked.
0001 THRU 1: Signal is not blanked.

In the 625i mode, this setup menu item does not appear.
This selects ON or OFF for the closed caption signal of the
second field.
0000 BLANK 0: Signal is forcibly blanked.

This selects the freeze status of the still pictures.
0000 FIELD 0: Field freeze.
0001 FRAME 1: Frame freeze.

When frame freeze is set, the tape is played back in the slow
mode in 1-frame increments even during slow playback.
This selects whether to insert the error information into the serial
output.
0000 OFF 0: The error information is not inserted.
0001 ON 1: The error information is inserted.
This selects the analog component input level.
