This selects the RS-232C (EDL) data length.
0000 7 0: 7 bits
0001 8 1: 8 bits
This selects the RS-232C (EDL) stop bit.
0000 1 0: 1 bit
0001 2 1: 2 bits
This selects the RS-232C (EDL) parity.
0000 NON 0: Parity bit is not used.
0001 ODD 1: Parity bit is used with odd parity.
0002 EVEN 2: Parity bit is used with even parity.
This selects the RS-232C (EDL) communication flow control.
0000 NONE 0: No flow control using RTS/CTS.
0001 RTSCTS 1: Flow control using RTS/CTS.
This selects the format in which the EDL is to be dumped.
0000 AGA850 0: Format which is common with Panasonic's AG-A850.
0001 CMX340 1: Format which is common with the CMX340 editing system.
