your diagnostics log file. The diagnostics log includes a history of important system
parameters and events that occur during system operation. To copy the diagnostics log to
your Windows desktop, start OMNIC software and choose File > Copy Diagnostics File
to Desktop. Attach this file to an e-mail message to our Technical Support group.
