Number.

not turned ON.

Remedy
Program the RS232 Interface.
Verify command and parameters are
accurate.
Verify baud rate of external device is set to
9600 baud.
Verify Master Control Number, see

Verify Master Control button press
feedback is turned ON, see the RadioRA
