Using the RadioRA
Overview
The RadioRA
System can now be controlled from any location worldwide by using the RadioRA Telephone Interface (RA-
®
RC-3). The Telephone Interface allows for activation of scenes programmed to a RadioRA Switch Closure Interface (RA-SCI)
via telephone. By connecting the three (expandable to nine) outputs from the Telephone Interface to the inputs of the RA-
SCI, pressing buttons on any telephone will turn lighting scenes ON/OFF.
Wiring
The wiring diagram below shows how to wire up three outputs from the RadioRA Telephone Interface (RA-RC-3) to the
inputs of a RadioRA Switch Closure Interface (RA-SCI). The RA-RC-3 and RA-SCI can then be programmed as described
on the following page to activate the desired scenes. For this application, RA-SCI inputs must be set up for MOMENTARY
operation. A dedicated phone line is not required, but is recommended.
