cache should always be
enabled.

The file cache can be enabled/
disabled. Disabling is particu-
larly useful for projects in de-
velopment in order to see the
visible change in files cached.
Autorepeat behaves similar to
the autorepeat feature of a key-
board but just uses the touch
screen.
