Variable Wrap configuration on the server
Use the Call Presentation Classes window on Contact Center Administration to
configure options for Variable Wrap.
Configuring Variable Wrap

From the launchpad in Contact Center Manager Administration, select
Configuration.

In the system tree, double-click the server on which you want to configure
Variable Wrap.
Result: The server expands to reveal available resources.

Select the Call Presentation Classes folder.
Result: The Call Presentation Classes window appears.

Under After Call, Break for N seconds, select Interval Zero, Interval
greater than Zero, or Release Guard. The option you select must match the
Variable Wrap option selected on the CS 2x00/DMS switch.

Click any other row in the table to save your changes.
