The option AGTASSN contains a valid value in the ACDGRP table. If
AGTASSN has no valid value, you cannot access the phoneset. For more
information about how to configure this option, see "Configuring ACD
groups for ACD-DNs, phonesets, and agents" on page 77.
To configure the agent's position number
1 In the Telephony/Port Address box, type the agent Position ID.
2 In the secondary DN box, type the agent's personal DN (DID).
Cannot share ICM resources across multiple applications using
LinkPlexer
With LinkPlexer, multiple applications can share ICM resources. LinkPlexer is a
switch proxy with applications that connect to LinkPlexer rather than directly to
the switch. Ensure that LinkPlexer is configured to log on to the CS 2x00/DMS
switch at the lowest service version of all the connected applications. Successful
application operation is not guaranteed if LinkPlexer connects to the CS 2x00/
DMS switch with a service version higher than that supported by the
application. LinkPlexer + LP010202G002 enforces logon parameter validation
to ensure that application logon parameters always match the parameters used
by LinkPlexer to connect to the CS 2x00/DMS switch.
