CS 2x00/DMS switch subsystem configuration
Overview of server configuration
When you install Contact Center Manager Server, you can configure the
connection to the CS 2x00/DMS switch. After the installation, you can view the
configuration information to confirm that it is correct.
This section describes how to view the configuration from a client PC. You can
also use the Feature Report utility on Contact Center Manager Server. For more
information about this utility, see the Contact Center Manager Server
