Verify the server configuration
This section describes how to check the connection between the CS 2x00/DMS
switch and the Contact Center Manager Server.
Checking the CS 2x00/DMS switch connection

On Contact Center Manager Server, select Start > All Programs > Nortel
Contact Center > Manager Server > Server Setup Configuration.
Result: The Nortel Contact Center Management Server Setup
Configuration Utility appears.
