Configure RANs and music routes.
Configure ACD groups. Assign each Controlled Directory Number (CDN),
primary or supplementary ACD-DN, and phoneset to an ACD group.
Configure ACD subgroups. You can use subgroups to divide agents into
small groups for support and monitoring. You can assign a supervisor to
each subgroup.
Configure each CDN that Contact Center Manager Server acquires and
each primary or supplementary ACD-DN that Contact Center Manager
Server monitors. (Configure CDN and Dialed Number Identification
Service [DNIS] Landing Pads on the CS 2x00/DMS switch as standard
CDNs [Route Points] and DNIS numbers.)
Configure the phonesets that Contact Center Manager Server acquires and
monitors.
Configure the logon IDs that agents and supervisors use to log on to their
phonesets. Logon IDs are required only if the office parameters require
them.
