4.5.5. Fitting the Battery Cables

10 Battery Terminal Cover
1. Remove the left-hand Battery Terminal Cover from Battery 4
2. Fit the Battery Cable Live (Grey) –ve and secure with the Cable Lug Fixings.
3. Tighten the Cable Lug Fixings to the torque recommended by the battery
manufacturer.
4. Refit the Battery Terminal Cover to Battery 4.
5. Remove the right-hand Battery Terminal Cover from Battery 1
6. Fit the Battery Cable Common (Blue)+ve and secure with the Cable Lug Fixings.
7. Tighten the Cable Lug Fixings to the torque recommended by the battery
manufacturer.
