Synchronizer Element.
Bit Rate is specific for each chain.
The bit synchronizer range is from 100 bps
to 30 Mbps.
Bit Sync Status is a specific status for each chain
present.
Frame Sync Status is a specific status for each
chain present.
Left-clicking on this button opens the following
popup window with additional parameters.
Popup window will automatically disappear after a few seconds if not used.
Loop Filter Bandwidth is specific for each chain.
