Initialization sequence

After boot sequence, the machine connects automatically to the Cortex account.

The SPS is automatically started :
It loads every DLL and FPGA
It loads the default .CTX file

The MCS can then be started. It is automatic for the RTR and manual for the RX1 (from the
Menu)

When started, the MCS will automatically try to connect to the IP address stored in the MCS file
(localhost for a local address or any IP address for a distant connection)

The MCS permanently monitor the SPS (every 200ms approximately)

After each transfer, a comparison is done between MCS data and SPS data
If MCS data are the same as SPS data : OK is displayed
If there are difference between MCS and SPS : Differ is displayed
And different parameters are displayed with a yellow background
