Video Filter Bandwidth, only in FM and FM S/C
There are 20 available Video filters from 12.5 KHz
to 20 MHz.

Using PCM-PM or PM, the user can select low or
high index.
Low index to be selected for index of modulation
below 1.4 rd peak to peak.
High index to be selected for index of modulation
above 1.4 rd peak to peak.
