4.7.9.7 SOQPSK.
Using SOQPSK, three demodulators are available.
The video outputs could be used to check the signal quality on an external scope.
But as for the MS-FM demodulator, there is a strong link between the demodulator and the bit sync.
Thus using the video outputs to connect external bit sync would generate a loss in the BER
performance.
The phase ambiguity may be solved by using differential encoding (defined in IRIG106).
Warning: Phase ambiguity solving is based on a Gray coding scheme.
