The CTX files are saved in the directory D:\ZDS\Data\rtrnt\CTXDocument1.
Nota 1: It is important to mention that CTX files are not compatible from one software version to
another. That means that after a software upgrade it is necessary to generate new CTX configurations.
Nota 2: When a user has several RTRs, it could be useful to copy the CTX configuration files from one RTR to
the other RTR. To do so:

On the first RTR, copy the files of the "D:\ZDS\Data\rtrnt\CTXDocument1" directory on a pen drive.

On the second RTR, close the "Monitoring and Control software"

On the second RTR, close the "server"

Then, delete all the files in the "D:\ZDS\Data\rtrnt\CTXDocument1" directory

Copy the files from the pen drive to the "D:\ZDS\Data\rtrnt\CTXDocument1" directory
