Vehicles with rear climate control: press the /
button to set the temperature for the rear
passenger compartment. When the indicator lamp
on the button ashes, you can set the tempera-
ture.

The temperature can be set centrally using the
synchronisation function. The temperature setting
for the driver's side will then be adopted for the
front passenger side and, in vehicles with rear cli-
mate control, the rear passenger compartment as
well.
Press the 0 button.

When the indicator lamp on the 0 button
lights up, the function is switched on. The dis-
play will then show the temperature set on the
driver's side for the front passenger side.
The synchronisation function will switch o if the
temperature setting for the front passenger side or
for the rear passenger compartment is modi ed.
The indicator lamp on the 0 button will go out.

You can use the following settings to defrost the
windshield and remove condensation from the
windshield and the front side windows from the
inside. Select the following settings only for as
long as it takes for the windshield to be clear.

When you enable automatic mode, the "Defrost
windshield" function will switch o automatically.
When you switch o the "Defrost windshield" func-
tion, the previous settings for automatic climate
control will be applied again.

When air-recirculation mode is switched on, the
windows may fog up more quickly. Switch on air-
