Insert the screwdriver into the towing eye and

turn the towing eye counter-clockwise.
Unscrew and remove the towing eye.

If you manipulate or bridge a faulty fuse or if
you replace it with a fuse with a higher amper-
age, the electric line could be overloaded.
This could result in a re.
Always replace faulty fuses with speci ed

new fuses containing the correct amper-
age.
If the new fuse which has been inserted also
blows, have the cause traced and recti ed at a
quali ed specialist workshop.

the fuses can be found in the "Fuse allocation

The vehicle tool kit storage location depends on
the equipment version of the vehicle.
The following are examples of storage locations:
In the seat base of the le front seat

In the rear storage compartment

In the tool holder in the cargo compartment

Apart from some country-speci c variants, vehi-
cles without a spare wheel are not equipped with a
tire-changing tool.
If your vehicle is equipped with a tire-change tool

If the vehicle tool kit is stored in the driver's seat
base, you can nd the jack in a separate holder at
the rear of the cargo compartment on the right-
hand side (

Some tools for changing a wheel are speci c to
the vehicle. For more information on which tire-
change tools are required and approved for per-
forming a wheel change on your vehicle, consult a
quali ed specialist workshop.
