When the indicator lamp on the à button
lights up, automatic mode is switched on. Air-
ow and air distribution are regulated automat-
ically. The "defrost windshield" function is
switched o .
If you deactivate automatic mode, the automatic
climate control will save the current settings.
In automatic mode, if you adjust the air ow or air
distribution manually, the indicator lamp above the
à button will go out. The function that has not
been changed manually, however, will continue to
be regulated automatically.

compartment. When the indicator lamp on the but-
ton ashes, you can set the air ow.

You can set the temperature separately for the
driver's and front passenger sides. In vehicles with
rear climate control, the temperature for the rear
passenger compartment can also be set. Each set
temperature is automatically maintained at a con-
stant level.
