The conga-HPC/EVAL-Server provides feature connector X43. The pinout is described below:

1 +V5S 5V main supply (0.75 A fuse)
3 SUS_CLK Clock used by carrier board
peripherals such as M.2 cards in
their low power modes.
5 TAMPER# Tamper or intrusion detection line
on VCC_RTC power well. Carrier
hardware pulls this low on a
Tamper event.
7 PS_ON# ATX power supply on (active low)
9 SUS_S3# Suspend to RAM state (active low
output)
11 THERMTRIP# Active low output indicating that
the CPU has entered thermal
shutdown.
13 WD_OUT Output indicating that a watchdog
time-out event has occurred.
15 WD_STROBE# Strobe input to watchdog timer.
17 BATLOW# Indicates that external battery is
low.
19 UART0_TX COM module's serial port 0
transmit line
21 UART0_RX COM module's serial port 0 receive
line.
23 TEST# Module input for vendor-specific
module test mode(s).
25 GND Power ground

2 +V5A 5V standby supply (0.75 A fuse)
4 RAPID_ Trigger for rapid shutdown. Must be driven to 5V
SHUTDOWN through a <=50 ohm source impedance for ≥ 20 µs.
Pull-down or disable on module if pin is not asserted.
6 SUS_S4_S5# Active low output that indicates the system is in
Suspend to Disk (S4) or Soft Off (S5) state.
8 CARRIER_HOT# Input from off-module temperature sensor indicating
an over-temperature situation.
10 N.C Not connected
12 WAKE1# General purpose wake up signal. It may be used
to implement wake-up on PS2 keyboard or mouse
activity.
14 N.C Not connected
16 VIN_PWROK Power OK from main power supply. A high value
indicates that the power is good.
