Set value is DC generator rated voltage's
percentage; when alarm is active, and
voltage is below the return value, alarm
can be cleared automatically.
Alarm starts when voltage gets up to the
alarm value and this delay is expired.
Alarm is detected after enabled; not
detected if it is disabled.
