8001 - Voice Mail Setup
Description
Use the 8001 - Voice Mail Setup to enable IntraMail. If you install IntraMail in a system that has no other
voice mail installed, the options below will be automatically set for you. You do not need to make any entries.

Options

Voice Mail Type

(V-MAIL TYP)
Use this option to set the type of voice mail (I) connected to your system.
See Start-Up Programming on page 6 for more on IntraMail installation and startup.

UltraMail (set automatically if the UltraMail PCB is installed).

✔ With IntraMail (and no other voice mail) installed, the default for this option is I (4).

Voice Mail Master Extension Number

(V-MAIL MST EXT)
Use this option to set the voice mail master extension number (e.g., 700). In most installations, you should
not change this option from its default setting (700).
See Start-Up Programming on page 6 for more on IntraMail installation and startup.

Any valid extension number within the system's number plan.
Default
✔ 700

8001 Program Entry

V-MAIL TYP (Automatically set to INTRAMAIL when IntraMail is installed)
V-MAIL MST EXT (Automatically set to 700 when IntraMail is installed)

(Entry Range) [Default Setting]
Enter (accept) data you entered.
Cancel your entry and back up to the previous prompt level.
Scroll to the next prompt.
Restore the previous entry.
