No Routing

(N)
Use the N option when you want no Automated Attendant routing to automatically occur. This can be used
with the LOGON action when you want to prompt the caller to enter a mailbox number. To do this for the #
key (for example), for the # key enter LOGON for the Action and N for the corresponding Number. When the
caller dials #, they hear, "Please enter the mailbox number. Or, to exit, press the pound key."

Pause

(P)
Use the P option when you want the Automated Attendant to pause while dialing. This option is typically
used with the Centrex Transfer feature to give the system adequate time to dial the stored System Speed
Dial number.

To set the duration of the pause, use 0401 - Dialing Pause. The default for the pause is 1 second.
