MNT 001 Scheduled Maintenance

Section 1: INTRODUCTION
This job card contains the list of annual maintenance tasks to perform on the Centricity RA600
Workstation.

Do not use any type of abrasive pad, scouring powder, or solvents.
Section 2: Quarterly Tasks

Perform the appropriate monitor calibration.
Section 3: Procedure
1. Verify the integrity of the external cable connections to the peripheral devices, including the
network connections.
2. Clean the monitor and the keyboard. Use an appropriate Computer Systems cleaning kit to be
sure not to scratch the monitor (part no. 46-194427P221).
3. Open the computer case.
4. Clean the inside of the computer housing. Use an appropriate Computer Systems Vacuum
Cleaner, such as 46-194427P392.
Pay special note to the electrostatic discharge precautions when working
inside the Computer chassis. Use a static-discharge, wrist strap when
necessary.
