In the popup window, choose
a.
whether you want a specific or automatically supplied IP address. If specific, you must enter
the IP address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway addresses in the fields provided
b.
whether you want a specific or automatically supplied DNS server. If specific, enter the
address of the servcer and an alternate, if desired.
5.
Click OK twice and close the Network and Dial-up Connnections window.
6.
Reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.
