For any troubleshooting procedures in this chapter, always insure that all cable and PCI board
connections are properly seated. This basic check should always be performed prior to declaring a
part bad and in need of replacement.
Note:
If difficulties arise beyond the scope of site level repairs, please follow normal field escalation
procedures. If necessary, contact RA600 (RadWorks) Tech Support at the On Line Center on
800-321-7937 or International on 414-896-2733. Drill down to the RadWorks support line. The
direct line has an added advantage that it eliminates several menu choice steps!
