On reception of damaged dongle, ROC e-mail the permanent license file to FE or upload it on
the system (ROC decision)

The update of the manufacturing database is done via an automatically generated and
distributed e-mail

On a quarterly basis, ROC send damaged dongles to manufacturing at Mt Prospect
Radworks 5.1 Turnkey, lost / stolen dongle

GE FE contacts the ROC with customer details Name, Address, FDO), MAC address and
registration information (type of software and modules list)
2.
ROC generates a temporary license file (1 month) and sends it to the FE, or uploads it on the
system (ROC decision)
3.
FE asks for a Service Quotation to from his ASM (equivalent to the cost of the dongle and 2
visits on site)
4.
After approval by the customer of the service quote, ROC e-mails the permanent license file to
FE or uploads it on the system (ROC decision)
5.
