5. User interface > 5.9. Controlling and monitoring the sonication
WARNING
Always rely on the original dose map when making decisions about the treatment
completeness. The cumulative dose map may differ from the original dose map.
5.9.4. Temperature curve
You can monitor the heating of a treatment cell during and after sonication with the temperature
curve in the Sonicate and Analysis tabs of the Therapy stage.
The yellow curve shows the temperature and the red curve the thermal dose in the middle of the
treatment cell.
Vertical green lines mark the start and stop points of sonication.
A vertical dotted line shows when the maximum temperature was reached.
The time scale starts from the start of sonication.
White dotted lines show the time and temperature. Point to the temperature curve and left-click
to read out the time and temperature at that point.
