Problem
The QA Test fails during the MR Scanner
Connection phase
The QA Test stops in the Start
Temperature Mapping phase
The HIFU Controller Initialization phase
fails with the message "HIFU Controller
initialization timed out"
The QA Test stops in the Lock the Table
Top phase
The QA Test fails during the Hardware

Troubleshooting steps
1.
Check that the Sonalleve Generator Cabinet is
switched on.
2.
Check that the cables are connected.
3.
Restart the MR application software on the MR
scanner console.
4.
Repeat the QA Test.
Ensure that the temperature mapping scan is
started on the MR scanner console.
There is no connection between the Sonalleve
console and the Sonalleve Generator Cabinet.
Ensure that the cables are connected and that
the Sonalleve Generator Cabinet is powered up.
If the problem persists, contact Service.
Ensure that the Table Top is locked.

Check that the Sonalleve Generator Cabinet is
switched on.
2.
Check that the Sonalleve Table Top cables are
connected.
